Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Perri Allen. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. You may return your purchase within 07 days of receiving your order for an exchange. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached.

 

Exchange Through Courier

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We will arrange for the item to be collected from your address through courier. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will send you the new item. Please note that the exchange process may take up to 14 days.

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the item to be collected from your address through courier and send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
